Our Story
CHIPLA Ghana Limited was founded by linguists and technology enthusiasts with a simple observation: Africa’s linguistic diversity is an asset, not a barrier. We exist to bridge communication barriers for businesses, governments, and individuals across Africa and beyond.
What began as a small network of specialized Ghanaian translators has grown into a full-service localization agency serving pharmaceutical companies, law firms, NGOs, and global enterprises requiring expert language services in African languages.

We are a network of experienced linguists, subject matter experts, and project managers based primarily in Ghana and across Africa. Our translators are not just native speakers – they are specialists in their fields.
We are highly selective: only the most qualified linguists are chosen to ensure our standards remain excellent. Each translator has at least one of these:
- A degree in translation, linguistics, or their specialist field
- Minimum 5 years professional translation experience
- In-country living experience in the target language region
- Subject-matter expertise in their chosen domain
